Hi, love your message... been in San Diego for the past 8 years, prior to my move I save about 15k because I knew I wanted to be here. However, I didn’t secure a job prior to moving here. Moved on June 6, 2012 and started a job in October 2012. I moved with my (one) child at the time to Normal Heights. Since then my career has flourished significantly and I’m doing absolutely amazing. I love it here and wouldn’t change my decision to move.

I didn't know you would preach brother!! Love your faith, God sees you! I have a similar testimony of stepping out on faith this past summer and God CAME THROUGH. I shared it on my KZbin, God told me to quit my job and I obeyed, ended up being placed at a job that I am NOT technically qualified for, but GOD. I just moved to San Diego 3 months ago and I can tell you for certain if you want an apt with w/d and an ac the average price is $1800. The further east or south you go the cheaper it gets. Its nice here though😆

I'm looking to relocate from frigid Montreal, Quebec Canada to San Diego after I get my NASM certification. I'm originally from Michigan but have been in Montreal most of my life and can't stand it here. Interesting Ricky I went to basic training out there years ago and have family members in the area . I live in the DMV now and the winters here suck. Diego is a nice place without the hustle and bustle of southern California. I'm really tempted to move out there for good. Nice video brother and good luck to you.

lol when I visited Colorado I had the first panic attack of my life. We were staying up in the mountains and I’ve never stayed in the mountains(and you’d think I’d be used to that since I’m from Minnesota). Out of nowhere I started freaking out, I think it might have been the elevation in the mountains messing with me or something. I actually wanted to hop on a place and go back home and forget about the skiing vacation altogether. It was so weird but I understand that thing about the panic attacks. Great video. Lord please can I speak with u? I was in Virginia Beach and was miserable. All I kept feeling was that I needed to move to California. I didn’t know y. It was jus a very strong pull. But I was a single mom of one and then had another kid. I had that special child on faith and hoping that God still made a way for me to get to Cali even as a single mom of two. I applied for jobs in many states and I got a job in Leesburg. I jus got an apt in Ashburn and have 45 days to let them kno if I want to keep it. But I’m struggling with this decision Bc it’s not cali. But I hear about the homeless and the way ppl there think and I wonder if that is a place to raise two kids or not. But I also am scared to throw away a dream. Please reach out to me. I need some serious spiritual guidance. Thanks

We are in process of deciding if we want to move to San Diego. We lived there years ago and fell in love with it. Our concern is surviving San Diego and if we can afford it. My husband is in Cyber Security and I have a business background. We also have four kids, two at home. For at least a couple more years we would wait for me to get a job...I am just worried about the cost of living and if we can still be happy being there without financial stress, ya know? I miss it, its like a second home to me, aside from the area I was born and raised. Thanks for your video. Your kind.

San Diego is definitely a great move! Most places in San Diego are safe and I am a bit unsure of your price range. I would check out Mission Valley, Claremont, Pacific Beach and Downtown!

Not sure if you will get all of that in one! SD can be expensive to live in. Mission Valley is nice, not necessarily cheap. Downtown is very nice, but not cheap. The further east you go downtown should be cheaper. Check out Claremont and Pacific Beach. All different vibes and price ranges!

i found flipthe videoguy on YT by chance kinda talking about the same thing so ill give a kina quick run down on a inexpensive place/the n's&out of living n dago if u dont kno anybody and u have no car u may want to try hillcrest,balboa park,north park,city heights,east sd& vicinity,the public transit n dago is kinda crappy,those areas mention are very close to DT and other main points of interest(food stores of every kind,restaurants,shopping mall,utilities,banks ..etc) all are walking,biking or PT close,look on craigslist for housing in those area,call them and be sure to ask about security entrances & parking if u can find a job close to those areas is a plus...FYI HAVE A GOOD JOB ALREADY LINED UP &OR HAVE A BOAT LOAD OF $$$ and ull b ok, good luck...bless

glad you like it bro .... been here since '70 I don't like what it has turned into.. over crowded and one bed Apts start at 1500$ ... so you are most likely stuck with a room mate ,, unless you want to live in El Cajon, lakeside, or IB .... most people that move don't come to surf , skate or any so-cal sport .. they come here to be a wage slave in sunny weather ...Every place has its pros and cons ....Most people that move here from outta state are gone in 5 yrs .... but 👍... have fun .... the town is getting to expensive and way over crowded ...✌️
