Does it come with that box that you have to plug the ethernet cord in in order to be able to view it or is that something you have to buy separate?

You have to buy separate. If you have multiple cameras, you would likely want to get a PoE switch. If you only have one, you would probably just use a PoE injector.

Not bad for how cheap they are I got one on Prime day for $57. I have a few Hikvision colorvu's that have night color vision cost me almost $300 while they look little better not enough to buy more of them. The fact that Hikvision software is so poorly supported still using IE browsers. Amcrest setup is super easy with the cloud app.

For future info. When you are setting up Pvt mask, If you want to look at what the screen looks like full view just double click the camera view area where you are entering the mask data. When you do this it will bring the screen into full screen and don't have to wait for your feed to come back alive. Not sure why there was so much delay on your system to load the video feed.. Love it they don't pay you for a Review but in Truth they did by giving you the camera, I mean people are not really DUMB for the most part. Wish they would send me cameras that I Make Videos of. However I don't have 30k Subscribers either lol.

Also for future info, The IR led is the clear looking one and the White LED is the Yellow looking one backwards to what you said you thought they were. The Yellow is a Phosphor Material that covers the LED to help us see the White light that is used in our homes. Just like an LED strip that is White LED only will have a yellow cover over the chips where if it is RGB then the color isn't really white and is mixed by the RGB together and can't really produce pure white tones.

The maker does not compensate you, but you still gain money, even if it’s junk. Yes, give them your wifi password. Will you have this very cheap iot device SEGMENTED so it can NOT reach the internet???
