Maybe it helps to go a step back and practice your frontside 360s landing wrapped first to get very comfortable with it. Keep your chest over your toes so you won't fall backwards.

You mean a Front Roll off the kicker? Can you do it without board off the dock / into a swimming pool or on a trampoline already? It’s basically just throwing yourself forward at the same time when you push yourself out of the kicker off your toes.

Great video thanks! I can get the rotation and the handle pass but i get off axis so that i land on my back when performing a heal side 360. I try and keep my chest up and over the board when approaching the kicker but still no success. Any tips please? 🙂

Really focus on actively pushing yourself out of the kicker to get a straight pop up! Push with both legs. Getting off-axis usually happens if you push stronger with one leg. Hope it helps!

I had the same, what made it click for me is the tip discussed in mistake number 1. Keep in mind when someone like Julia mentions medium speed it can be quite fast for you. Maybe try waiting just a little longer with your approach, see how that goes.
