could this work well for leg warmers replacing k2p2 rib, is there enough stretch to go up over the knee? It sure is a pretty stitch, thank you!

I was not sure on how to do it but just tried it and it seems totally possible (and the little bit I knit up does give it a briochey look with a slight zig-zag). I was thinking about knitting up a poncho with this pattern and a 2-color version will be splendid. I will try it out and Will definitely do a video on it (hopefully soon) 😊

I think if I was to make a scarf I would knit first row to match bind off otherwise very cool pattern I might try a scarf with this pattern it almost looks like fisherman rib but easier of you make mistake Thanks

What size needle did you use please. thanks

Hi Rosa, the needle size used depends on the yarn. For these swatches, I typically use a US size 8 or 9 needle for worsted weight (medium weight) yarn or US 6 or 7 needle for lighter weight yarn. The best way is to look on the label of the skein of your yarn. It should mention the size needle recommended for that yarn and you can use that. Hope this helps and thanks so much for watching.
