Did Ricky have the low course strings tuned to different notes? It sounds like he's getting a harmony from one course.

" get up john " is a great tune and scaggs does justice to it. the banjo and the guitar each played a break that was totally unrecognizable as " Get up john " it could have been any tune in the world . terrible

@@alan4sure BRYAN SUTTON IS VERY CAPABLE OF PLAYING ANY BREAK HE WOULD CHOOSE TO DO . IN THIS 'GET UP JOHN ' HE CHOSE TO PLAY A BREAK THAT , IF PLAYED BY ITSELF , WOULD UNRECOGNIZABLE AS ' GET UP JOHN ' .
