My roommate, and I loved it. One of the best newer comedies I’ve seen as of late. John Cena really excels in comedy roles. The cast had solid chemistry.

Me and my uni housemates loved it too. I honestly felt like it was going in a Jim Carey's Cable guy direction where Ron would continue to stalk them after the party but I really liked the happy ending.

This is the mid-budget, raunchy R rated comedy that the world is missing. These should be in theaters. It sure would be fun to laugh with other people again. This is the type of movie people claim they don't make anymore. It is funny. Has more heart than expected. But the arc of Ricky was pretty predictable, but very fun. The opening animation felt like an homage to stuff like that in the 80's. Most notably the opening of Christmas Vacation. It felt like it was going for that sort of vibe. It's hard to shit on a movie directed by one of the guys that did Dumb and Dumber, Kingpin and There's Something About Mary. Im a world that is getting harder and harder to find humor in, this was a decent want to spend 2 hours. I do agree with the runtime. There is nothing in this movie that could not have been done in 90 minutes. But I enjoyed it. Felt they leaned into the R a bit much, but I do love Cena being able to to have fun with something like this. Between this, Blockers and Vacation Friends, John Cena is trying his best to bring back the raunchy r-rated comedies.

I dont think these types of movies should be in theaters anymore. On streaming they get wider exposure and the budget is lower which means there is a higher chance it makes money and we get more like them. Most movies are not doing well in theaters right now, especially comedy so I think it's good they dont have a chance to bomb hard.

Its crazy cus my brother told me it was a Farlley movie i was sold seen all the classics buncha times as a kid and i could see the subtle nods to certain movies like the hairplugs, or the bowling alley incident, the withdrawal scene 😂 there was a few other lil callbacks but they were done in small ways and the movie was funnier in different ways to keep it original pretty good return to comedy in my opinion

I watched it for Cena. Outside of Cena, Efrom and bits part from Jeff Ross and William H. Macy, the cast is rando, at least I don't recognize any of them. Mediocore comedy with Cena obviously being the best part of what's going on here. It should have been 20 minutes shorter. It ended up feeling more like a drama in the last 3rd of the movie.

A little bit on the long side but John Cena was genuinely hilarious, charismatic and surprisingly, human from Rod to Ricky Stanicky. The main trio had some chemistry here and there but got a little grating from their childish behavior whilst Jermaine Fowler's Wes was somewhat the most mature and honest despite his struggles as an openly gay slacker that is the black sheep of his family. I'd compare this movie to last year's Joy Ride though that movie was far more vulgar and closer to the early days of Farrelly Brothers' works.
