He is very utilitarian being that he can do a number of the jobs he's assigned to, he not exactly the safest while doing it (hence RUST part of it) but quite often doesn't or can't get the work done because some days he won't feel like it. But you keep him around anyway because despite the disadvantages it's honestly better than nothing sometimes. Hence the Rusty Truck employee.
