Wow! What a great ride. I feel so blessed that I can watch these powerful classes and work out with you. Kristina!!!!! I venmo-ed pleeeassee post another vid. I live for this every single day. Over the past month i started from saddle and just rhythm to full choreography out of the saddle on beat with the lead on point and boy did i never think i would get here. i cried when i did my first one thinking how the fuck do these bad bitches do this. I stuck to it because i loove incorporating music in my workouts and that for me kept my heart in it and thats definitely what you need in this class but anyways i could go on and on.. If i was even close to scottsdale i would be at every class. Thanks girl for brining the heat to YT and helping me smash my cardio sesh everyday!
