Biggest regret of the 90s: I never saw Ride live. I saw The Stone Roses, Inspirals, Blur, Primal Scream etc etc but never Ride. What was I thinking?

Depends how old you were, boss. Who you wuz hanging out with. What you wuz lissnin to. Who you had round you. I wasn't hangin round wiv me 2 older bruvz, 6 and 7 yrs older respect!ively but I heard what they wuz playn on the turntable chez nous. Ride (and others). And enough of me contemporaries tallied with dis (Ride and others). I wuz lucky. I just fell into the right age bracket. Meltingly hot, insanely dripping guitars, drumming that washed over you, all drenched in the fug of wah-wah and...hey presto. The best of GB 1990-92.
