Chief, thank-you for having me travel with you on this ride! I turn 60 in 3 weeks and am about to become a first time rider with MY OWN motorcycle endorsement! Finally about to get it, and, one is NEVER too old for riding a motorcycle. Subbed you awhile back, I’d love to get up that way, but just can’t find the extra time plus I hate that thick Georgia traffic been in it to many times on my car, almost hard to ride without rain 🌧 good ride 👊🏽

Wow, you hit some good rain.... Last June we were in Little Switzerland, they were talking about massive flooding, we made the decision to get off the mountain. 226A down to Marion and water was literally sheeting off the side of the mountain, in Marion the streets were flooded, probably 2" of water. Rained off and on all the way home, in Siler City we hit a hail storm. Brutal trip but that is wat stories are made of. You should meet us on Sunday's at Carolina Brewery in Pittsboro, 10am.

Yes got wet a lot, but it’s all part of the deal. Now it wasn’t anything near as bad as what you went through, man that sounds crazy. I’m heading out tomorrow to record next week’s video, but will see if I can head down that way on Sunday. Ride safe my friend!!
