good to see you back Cliff even though its on a Triumph and not an XS 650 ....Brian loves to get his knee down in the twisty's doesn't he . I like the rich sound of his exhausts too , they remind me of mine. Whats the make of Brian's helmet ? presumably a vintage . I have been looking for something similar for ages. I can recommend Hydrolyte re-hydration Potassium and Sodium salts from any Chemist. I get a lot of cramps from dehydration especially at nighttime and they stop the cramping in less than an hour.

alright John, KDS Owen mentioned potassium and stuff too so I'll definately look into that, next time I see Brian I'll find out about his helmet, hes had it a while.. Hope ya well

All the old-guys 'staggering-off' their bikes (had to laugh, im old too ! ) Try some potassium and stuff called Kruschen-Salts for the cramps . If you really want to turn-the-clock-back 5yrs , start doing the Tibetan 5-Rites , 5-moves , f-all to do and it seriously works, gets rid of sea-sickness too and gives you really-good balance . Saved-me from a 'Bike-less-life' , you'll out-live Mick Jagger . Dave
