I’ve had the Armega’s for a bit over 6 months now and love them. I’m actually not someone who gets super into goggles and really just want them to be comfortable and keep fogging to a minimum and with a big head and helmet that’s sometimes easier said than done. They fit me super well, ventilate super well and just let me forget they’re there... which is really all I want if I’m honest

Nice review. I have the Leatts myself and I really like them. However, I didn't buy mine, or any goggle, to ride in hot dry weather, most goggles work ok in that environment. What I bought mine for was specifically for the cold, wet, and slow riding days when your goggles fog up so much they're totally useless but you can't take them off because you need the eye protection from errant branches trying to gouge out your eyes. THIS is the reason I bought the Leatts and they perform pretty well, though not perfectly. Mine are double paned so I don't have to rely on a chemical that can be wiped off when cleaning them. Other than that, I also totally agree on the nose thing, I don't think I have a large nose either but goggles tend to close down the air passages, it's frustrating.

The bullet Proof thing is defensibly seductive. I have 100% RaceCraft Plus now, but probably time for new goggles next year. I wonder how the Armega compare to RaceCraft Plus

I was hoping you'd weigh in on there ability to defog or ventilate when you begin to over heat...

I rode with them both in Moab when the temps were about 110F. They both fogged when I was sitting still for more than a minute but I think that is to be expected at those temperatures and the amount of sweat/moisture being produced. Couldn't really determine a winner in the fogging category as it's very subjective. With that said, I didn't experience any fogging with either on this day of riding but I wasn't riding any slow technical trail. For me personally, it's more of a concern during the winter riding season but I broke my leg riding MX not too long ago so I haven't put them to the test during the colder riding season. I'll find out in a few months. Thanks for bringing that up, certainly something that should be discussed. Cheers! -Brandon
