You really need to make sure that you change your lead on Teddy as you go around the corner especially because you were shaving if some of the corners. Cantering through the corner on the wrong lead causes imbalance and your horse might fall over and your tack could break and injure your horse.

Just curious, because everyone is a bit different, when you ask for the canter transition do you ask mostly with your outside leg or the inside? I was told by an R rated judge during a clinic on a young dressage prospect to teach the transition from the inside leg to make tempi changes typically easier to work later on. however I was originally taught outside leg for the transition when I was much younger. I now prefer the inside leg for a transition which tends to make my horses a little backwards for others to ride. Am I weird or is this something other dressage rider do as well?
