Ridgewood F.D. Residential Structure Fire!

At around 7:15 PM, the RFD was toned out to a RPT. of Smoke from an Outlet in a House at 3 Lake Drive. Chief 9 was first on scene and reported nothing showing and took command. Engine Co. 93, bossed by Capt Drummer, went inside to investigate. They confirmed a small fire from an outlet on the third floor and stretched the line to knock it down. Crews from Tower 90 & Engine 91 assisted in overhaul and securing utilities. A working fire was transmitted but no mutual aid was requested, only the fire marshal. Units operated for 15 mins before returning to service.
