He made an entire video using AI to have Shepard hate on the game. I was shocked and disgusted. I lost all respect for him because of that. There's precious few channels that are a safe haven away from the constant hate and bigotry this game gets bombarded with. I used to think this was one of them

This build can be utilized to be much much better than this. The brute hammer unfortunately is not the best hammer if you want an epic stagger/takedown build. That would be the Anvil Breaker which gives excellent stagger literarily double the stagger damage of the brute hammer and over 100 extra damage and when fully upgraded gives 50% stagger duration. For the itemization/talents: - Any one hand and shield will do you won't be using them anyways they are there to reap the benefits of enchants -The field commander helmetis a very good item so points for picking that - Chest piece while the one in the video is great i find the best stagger/takedown one to be the Extravagant Plate unfortunately you get that by maxing out rep with lords of fortune which will take time it provides extra stagger duration and takedown damage - The necklace all mother copse is a solid choice so no comments there - For belt i'd go with the hardbitten belt. Adds more stagger duration and take down damage - Rings Amaranthine loop for even more stagger/takedown damage and stagger duration. Twin Palladium is excellent because the legendary perks lets you deal more damage the more rage you have stacked up and since this build doesn't use rage for abilities due to the helm you can have it up almost constantly. - Runes from the vid are solid no comments there - Enchants from the vid are also solid no comments there. - For talents the recommendation from the vid is solid. I'd also add to pick up any nodes you can that increases rage generation/reduce rage decay/Rage capacity increase. Rage capacity increase which means more damage from having Twin Palladium ring equipped. With all of this i stagger majority of things with just a couple of hits and they stay staggered for a very long time and i do up to 8k damage flat on takedowns i don't think takedowns crit but i could be wrong. For companions: It's all personal preference. I personally use Emmerich instead of Neve because yes change of applying weakened passively is nice but Emmerich when built correct does tons of affliction damage and can recharge his abilities very quickly which means more detonation combos happening. Hope this helps.

@@B12Deficient Yep solid item as well but if you go with it i’d change taking the skill nodes that increase rage generation/rage capacity with ones that buff advantage. I personally prefer the palladium due to the flat damage you get from building up rage and you already have more than enough takedown and stagger from the items i mentioned above.

In addition to Emmrich doing insane damage, his weakening ability can also be automatically triggered like Neve’s, so I’d much prefer Emmrich in this setup as well

yeah mauls werent even used that often due to high risk of self injury. it would be great axe / sword for the crushing or warhammer to straight up ignore armor and go with blunt force

Im about halfway through this build. Working on getting the gear and the later stages of the Slayer stuff and this makes the game so much freaking fun in combat. Like you said kicking people off cliffs and into the pit is chef's kiss good. This build made me love this game so much more. Can't wait to see it at higher levels.

Hey dantics! Great videos, i enjoy a lot watching your dragon age class builds. I started play with warrior and i enjoy the real feeling and heavy hitting 2h weapons. Well i also enjoy playing with shield and sword, and now im Lost what to focus, i dont want to play doing that one move through the game. So i ask... just a tip if you do an standard attack or 2 then hold the attack button you will immediately do a charged attack without having to charge it.

@Dantics I've cobsulted an AI but im not sure it is correct. IT said that enchantments from your 1hweapon as well as the shield do not take any effect for your hits with a 2h weapons. Anyone got information in this topic? This seems according to the AI be the same for the stats on these 1h items (swords+shield) Just tested it in the Arena. My dmg numbers were the same, no matter enchantments or even sword & shield stats. So my conclusion is, if you are wielding and using the 2h exclusivly, dont even bother around with 1h sword, shield and the enchantments on em. If you don't believe it, test it yourself ;) Gimme your results.

Why not use a full medium armour setup for the bonusses it grants? And with boosts to rage generation you can use your skills MUCH more often than every minute anyway. There’s also much better weapon options tbh, and skill-wise there is no reason to use the kick over that delightful smash. Like, ever. Just take the area stomp to apply overwhelm to stagger faster or to detonate with a rogue. While a good effort, I feel like this build can be much improved upon.

Main isssue with your build is all abilities are now 60s cds so you basically can only use your abilities every minute (50 seconds with quickened)

Quickened is a bit weird for me, it seems to give all the cooldown reduction up front and then stops working. Trying this in the arena with Titan Stomp instead of Dropkick, whenever I use the first area ability everything that's on cooldown is reduced, then using the second area ability does not do that. Triggering quickened from a potion also has no effect afterwards, so I don't think it's an internal cooldown on the effect. It looks like quickened needs to expire before it works again. If I just use Rage instead of a cooldown, I can generally chain whirlwind easier from 'generate rage on hitting armor' effect from the all-mother amulet in large groups. Doesn't work as well in boss fights, though neither does the area gives quickened passive, as it only triggers on hitting multiple enemies.

Sorry but i disagree, the "fields commanders helmet", as its now called is an awful item for any abilities focused build. by the time you can unlock this item, you can generate rage soooo fast. if someone really has a problem generating rage at that time thats a serious skill issue. sure for pure "basic spam" the helmet is great like your cap america build but for any build that wants to use their abilities that helmet is crippling.
