If you’re interested, that pepper sauce is pronounced “Bay jan” as in what Caribbean people call people from Barbados ie Bajans 😊

Love the This Isn’t range - the pieces, thighs, bacon and lamb kebabs - all great. The felafel etc platter also looks great! Fave meal this week would be the mukbang flatbread! Gutted to have missed that particular live! Also loving the noodle soup - I’ve been making this and loving it!! Love you guys x

Bajan is the adjective associated with Barbados and the folks are often called Bajans (pronounced /ˈbeɪdʒənz/ BAY-jənz) So I assume "dark Fire" is replicating hot sauce from Barbados?
