Thank you for sharing Ian. Last September, I rode The George Washington Highway (Rt 50) from Winchester Va to Grafton West Virginia on my '21 Moto Guzzi V7 850. I started up the Allegheny Front aka The Great Eastern Divide at sunset. I rode down Backbone Mountain and over Laurel Mountain into Grafton where I rode WV 310 home to Fairmont in the dark. I had ridden to Harper's Ferry West Virginia that day, crossing the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers. It was a very memorable day In May this year, I rode Rt 50 west as far as Athens Ohio when I rode to the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame in Pickerington (Columbus) Ohio. Stay safe my friend.

50 is such a great road through WV! I just came back from a road trip from DC to Indiana and back, and spent a bulk of the time on 50. Ride safe!

Nice to see some sunshine! The old girl keeps up with the traffic well, it’s the same with my RS, may be over 40yr old but I’m rarely passed by anything on the road 😊

I like riding US 6 across Northern Pennsylvania and US 50 across West Virginia on west. Both roads have kept their flavor better than US 20 and US 30.

US 50 is probably my favorite road around here! I take it when I go back to Indiana to visit my parents, the parts through WV are wonderful.

If you will allow an old timer that has logged I lot of miles in my time to suggest a windscreen. You will get better mileage. It's warmer helps keep wind and rain off you as well. They have types that are easy to mount and remove. On some of your colder trips I have watched, I was thinking boy a windscreen would have really helped! I like them to be below my line of sight so I don't have to look through them. Thanks for the videos. I had a BMW R50/5 but moved on to some older Moto Guzzi's. Cheers, good job.

Though it seams counterintuitive, not many are good at riding a Airhead at higher rpms.

Absolutely awful footage the sound is atrocious like white noise, I presume it's slowed down a few frames, enough to drive me mad anyway! Looking forward to more r65 footage and more touring. I've watched all of your other videos and I love your content. From across the pond 👍🏻
