What Would this shock enhance performance in any angle of rides? Never had a Legend. Thinking about it.

One of the reasons why I never went with a softail was simply because I was going to be riding 2-up a lot and that mono shock kind of makes me question the amount of weight overall you can have? The last bike that I rode was a Yamaha Road star and it had a very poor stock mono shock and that’s primarily the reason why I went for a Harley touring bike was because of the touring shocks and the possibility of bettering that stock situation. What is your opinion of two up riding on the legend mono shock? Also the very reason I went Harley instead of Indian was simply because all of their offerings have mono shocks.
