Riding the OVAL PISTON Honda NR750 - Holy Crap!
This Honda NR750 is one of only 300 units made and features the very are 32 valve oval piston engine developed by Honda for racing. The last one sold in the US at Mecums Auctions sold for just over US$180,000!
What can I say, I thought riding the DR Moto in the UK was a huge privilege, but this was also an incredible and humbling experience!

Yeah I’m with you on the, ‘not my favourite bike but I’d ride it because of what it is’ kind of thing. If I was rich, I’d have one in the collection next to the RC30, RC45, OW01, Norton RCW588, and other exotica.

The 80s and 90s rocked for all motorsports. Boats, F1, Indycar, American and World Superbike, and Moto.GP. All created exciting racing with exotic and innovative solutions to rules. What a great example from that period.

I rode it about 20 years ago and was at Honda when it came out never did the training for it we never sold any fair play to u splitting traffic on a NR !

Very exotic bike and an awful place to have to test ride it, inner city, stop start traffic, cars everywhere. Bummer.
