Now that's railroading the old-fashioned way! Look how many men it takes to operate one steam locomotive! In America they have mile long trains pulled by 4 diesel locomotives with only two human beings on board!

there's more manpower than you see, a van carrying extra staff, in case you have to clean tracks. A water van to refill the boilers. usually they have like 10+ people in whole operation.
