LV one of the most underrated brands out there. Rocking it on my 2004 CBR 600RR, and even with the DB Killer(which is a must in Germany) it sounds f’ing brilliant. Especially when I make it scream through the RPMs. The cold starts sound always as if it were a 1000. An amazing company LV ❤

Thank you so much you were a genuine motivation for me I got my license about a week ago, always liked bikes and cars just never got into bikes, ever since I got my car licenses I wanted to get a bike license too but my parents didn’t really want me to get into bikes, 2 years later my dad said if I really wanted it then I’d go and apply, after a couple weeks of learning I passed the exam and got the licenses! I first saw your channel on KZbin shorts, I don’t use it much, maybe like 3 minutes a day when I see something interesting, so that was one hell of a coincidence, thank you so much, I’ve also watched a couple of Dan Dan the fireman videos to learn what I should and shouldn’t be doing too and both of you were such a massive help and push, the next step now is to actually get a bike, which my dad isn’t too keen on but I think I can prove I’m worthy, when I was getting my licenses I went to every local motorcycle shop to buy a helmet but they didn’t have anything that fit me, so I had to use my uncles old one (from what I was told he used to ride years ago, probably before he was married), he did have a scooter that he never used so he had a basic helmet, wanted to order one so bad but by the time it would reach here I’d already have gotten my license so I might as well not rush that. Hoping for a bright future and for my people to get the push of inspection they need from creators like you!

Nice piece of kit but imo, too loud to actually enjoy lol. Maybe it's just me getting older and not caring so much about loud exhausts. Only time I like hearing that full exhaust noise is when I'm full twist. You're right about it probably attracting some unwanted attention. My local track also has decibel limits too.

I have a superbike collection of all the new euro superbikes and japanese superbikes . (euro superbikes better in all aspects now ) My Aprilia rsv4 favorite and most capable . Best for smaller riders also

I have a 2023 Tuono with an SC Projects shorty, and I HAVE to wear earplugs or my right ear hurts like crazy, especially at the track. Love the exhaust though.

I can totally relate. I have a similar short race fit exhaust on my cb650f and it’s loud as hell. Cold starts in the morning are a treat to my ears, but not so much to the neighbors. I’ve put a universal baffle in it now but when I wanna have some fun and terrorize the roads with that obnoxious sound, I remove it. LOVE THE VIDEO. Cheers \m/

You can’t relate as much as you’d think, any full on 1000cc (or above) sport bike with a shorty is way louder than anything with lower displacement

I got dual carbon fiber Delkevic exhausts for my Speed Triple R 1050 (removed the baffles), and holy balls its loud AF! Not as loud as yours but pretty damn close.

I live in a country where at least one third of motorcycles have an illegal exaust. I've never tried one, I love the sound of my bikes and to me they are loud enough. You are using what is practically an open pipe with just a tiny bit of sound absorbing material just for look; are you sure this does not impact the bike's performance at low rev? Usuallly a drastic modification as this, comes with a new map for the ECU.

If it still has the catalyst its probably okay, if that was in the mid-pipe he swapped could be an issue? Older gsxr my friends have and my r6 did fine straight piped though. So he probably won't ruin anything.

Yea, long term it will cause issues because of fueling problems, but as a former mechanic, most of the time you don't need to reflash unless you do more than a slip-on(muffler). I testify only for reliable japanese motorcycles though. Dont know how Aprilias are though long term, but I don't see it causing any problems short term. BUT he is right, those cheap replica exhausts are basically look-a-like replicas to the original, without the technology and performance they provide. It's basically straight pipe slip on. Sound good though and is cheap, so I ain't hatin either

Just make sure to start small. I'm 5'4" and I started with a Ninja 400 which is a good starter bike however I was not prepared for the kickback when it stalls out. The whole bike just sort of bucks and when you can't plant both feet flat on the ground, you run the risk of dropping the bike like I did. You don't want to do that with an expensive bike. If you start with a smaller bike, you'll be able to pick the bike up after you drop it and if you stall or stop short, you'll be less likely to drop it because you can put both feet on the ground.

I have 5 sportbikes but in reality only ride one for a week or two, then another, Sort of serial monogamy of riding. The idea of selling any of them is hard on the heart, but my head knows having just a couple makes much more sense and frees up space and $$$ for other things.

Speaking of college degree usage rate; even before costs started ballooning in the last decade or more, you had in the neighborhood of 50% of Bachelor's holders working in a position that is not related to their degree. The main fields where people actually use their degrees consistently are STEM and medical. I personally barely use my degree (Elect Engineering) in my position I have now. However, I am using a VA program to get my Master's to pivot into a more office centric job with higher pay, specializing in automation controls. But yeah, for most majors college is a scam, unless you're planning to go into a specific field that legit requires the degree.

I think I'm not a squid brah. I bought a gsx-r 750 this year. My friend always repeated himself about them being bulletproof, so I collected some info and bought it. K7 btw. It had a local polish Dominator midpipe decat and a slip-on, loud af... I liked it, until I had to ride like 50km... My ears couldn't do it, I think I prefer to have them working properly xD basically I got the db killer from the previous owner, did nothing so I modified it and now it muffles. It is still a bit loud when you reving, but not that much. Btw what you think about touring on a gsxr 750 xD yeah, that is what I bought it for.
