I'm looking at the arrow pro race exhaust or the QD gunshot exhaust. Thinking the QD because I love the look but can't find any videos of the exhaust on a recent Aprilia.

Bikes 1st...V4, close but 2nd cross plane I4, and third 996 V2, 4th GSXR 750 or any of the older superbikes Cars 1st you’d have to go with a V-10 all the way...Anything from a Ford 6.8 liter Truck engine to the Lamborghini and at the top an older V10 F1 car!

V4 definitely (have a VFR800 Vtec with deep tone Lazer), but in a car i woud choose a L6 over a V8 dito H6. Most V8's sound off to me, unbalanced. Not only sound unbalanced feel like it too.

The way it starts on the dyno makes it sound like you need the hot start fix. Check Apriliaforum but it's basically a short additional wire between the battery and main relay.

Slip on is the best option for a RF, the headers on the RF are pretty much copy’s of the Akra headers. Cracking bike 👍

You have to make sure the ECU is upgraded to the RACE map and not the stock map after you put on the Arrow. Else risk burnt valves. This has been the advice direct from Aprilia for the RSV4 for many years. Didn't see the AFR on the chart to demonstrate the problem. Also, you get MORE POWER and better (less) engine braking with the RACE map.

I had one of these, then got the 1299S with full Akra exhaust and other bits. The plastic tanks on the Priller are crap, they swell and can crack. If you take it off and let it sit an hour or so, it expands and you have to drain it and dry it out. Then I had the hot start problem too.

I just purchased 2020 KTM 1290 R, picking up this coming Friday so they say. After the 1000 kilometer break-in going with Akrapovic full exhaust system, my God for V-twin paying over $3000. is robbery. You can buy good used bike for that stash. 🤑🇨🇦

Please be very careful running arrow, or any decat pipe on standard ECU map. It will leads to premature valve(especially ex) failure regardless the horse power.
