I have recently retired, after 20 years, of wearing out I-10 between Houston and Louisiana. Day after day, of watching the same boring landscape roll by. Thank you for letting me ride shotgun with you and seeing your beautiful and seasonal workspace. The commentary, the audio of the truck shifting up and down, and Google maps really enhances the experience for me. Take care and be safe driver.

I'm adding Highway 191 to my Bucket List. I would love to have the time to travel it, but also to stop and see the sights along the way. It was so beautiful from the cab, so I can only imagine what it looked like out the side windows. Glad to hear you have recovered and doing well again! I just want to tell you that I look forward to your videos so very much. I drove truck for only 3 yrs, but had to quit because of problems with kids needing me home all the time. I miss it so much! Now I am too old to climb back up in the truck, but OH how I wish I could!!! Your videos give me the feeling of being back on the road, even to the point that I glance to the right to check the mirrors when you change lanes. HA-HA-HA-HA!!! Thank you for letting me relive those days I truly loved "working." God Bless and Protect you!!!

Riding Shotgun today I relived some bitter sweet memories of the last trip I took to Grand Junction so my common law husband could see his first born granddaughter. I've made the trip once since then in 2014. Not much has changed and Tom was an excellent historian on both routes aroung Flaming Gorge Reservior...thanks for the memories. Love & peace to you and your family this Christmas Eve Day 2022.

Hey Mike, Had dinner with my clients on Sunday, they tested positive on Wednesday, one day of sniffles and loss of taste and now everyone is back walking and still staying away from everyone. No other symptoms. Like you could have been worse. The highway doesn't care. Need to keep the worker supplied to continue to do their job. Stay safe. oh by the way i helped build a metal bldg for the electrical part of the soda plant just to the north of the teepee. Didn't ever get the chance to walk to where the trailers were.. But i remember the drive up and down that little hill and you made it look easy. Just can't stand that drive on co rd 5 every day. Too many deer. Anyway, see ya!!

My nail gun guy got it. He thought it was Lyme disease because he saw two ticks on him,until he couldn’t taste or smell. Strangely,he had an allergic reaction to red meat afterwards which is usually caused by Lyme disease. His symptoms were no worse than the common cold. Take care of yourself and be safe out there.🌲🍻 Beautiful countryside.

Had something worse than flu in Feb, lasted about 5 days. Slight fever at the start along with a mild headache. Glad I quit smoking 4 years ago, what little lung space I have sure helped me through. I used an over the counter decongestant to loosen chest up. I've had pneumonia, strep throat, mumps, measles, chicken pox, and numerous colds and flu but this was the worse. Vitamin D and Zinc helps with the bug I hear. Awesome scenery, thanks for sharing the view of our beautiful country.

Many are retired, but also many are farmers or ranchers and live in town but work out in fields nearby or not so nearby. Vernal was something of a boom town during the uranium prospecting days and between Vernal and Grand Junction is quite a lot of oil shale. Extracting it isn't very easy but it's there.

I've had flu shots every year I don't think the masks help to prevent it but causes other. Issues like breathing problems. I just think it's all about control. I love the ride along one thing I noticed I never get car sick with the way you take those curves.thanks for taking the time to let me ride in your truck I miss doing that.brings back so many happy memories. The Scenery in this Clip is extraordinary. If anybody had told me that there was a worse Road than the Garden State Parkway Northbound Tourist Traffic to New York on a Sunday Night I would have never believed them. Then I moved to Torrance, CA. That I-405 is a Nightmare. It would take me Two, and a Half Hours to drive 32 Miles from Torrance to Northridge, work 12 hours, and Two, and a Half Hours back home. That Bridge at 36:10 is really neat.

Hi Mike, Yes, minus 40 degrees is the same actual temperature on both Celcius and Fahrenheit. This form the basis of an easy conversion. Whichever way you want -- add 40, then multiply and divide, then subtract 40. Going from Celcius to Fahrenheit -- multiply by 9 and divide by 5. Going from Fahrenheit -- multiply by 5 and divide by 9. This is an easier conversion than the other one with adding/subtracting 32, etc. It is one formula with a variable middle section and it is easy to remember which way round that middle section is.
@edwardmounsey92084 жыл бұрын
Easier to substitute 1.8 for the 5 and 9 operation. From c to f add 40 mult. By 1,8 sub 40, from f to c add 40 divide by 1.8 sub 40

A mask, worn correctly, reduces the AGPs which fall onto hard surfaces which people touch and then catch it that way. Contact with people for more than 20 minutes will seriously raise the risk of catching it. I know this as a Firefighter in the UK and get informed of the latest information. Reduce the risk by using sanitizer after shop entered and wipe down hard surfaces at home after visitors.
