If you want to loosen up the kart, try putting tires on the rear that are the same size as the front. Also, make a longer rear axle, so you can adjust the rear track. You want to be able to move the rear tires in or out. This will loosen or tighten up the kart. They make different rubber compound tires. You can try a harder compound. You may want to re-engineer the front axle, so you have more caster or a way to adjust the caster. My son and I raced karts for 12 years. I love your videos. That tip for pipe bending is genius! Matching bends sucks! And that tip works for these electric hydraulic benders as well as cheaper hydraulic benders

I seem to remember there was some talk about it in one of early '55 build videos. It's complete tube chassis are build that way.
I built a barstool racer when I was younger, they are a lot of fun and kinda scary
