I’m a big Riga fan. I was playing last night and was getting citadels over and over on a guy enjoying his new Lenin and got a couple on a Veneto. Great ship. Speaking of ships in smoke, I really wish they’d change the spotter plane to how it is on PC. It changes your perspective and it’s a great counter to ships firing broadside behind an island or in smoke especially when you have nothing to spot them with. Make it happen in 2024 WG.

GG. That game could have gone terribly if red didn't have a total party wipe. At six kills under your belt and a three ship advantage, blue was still losing by 300 points. That's an L far more often than not. That it came down to the full wipe with seconds left on the timer is just testament to how bad your teammates were; that Colorado beat your entire team in XP -- on the losing side, LOL. Your back must hurt from such a hard a carry as possible. As for red's primary fault: pushing in one at a time into the entire blue team to get focused. Happens with 9 out of 10 "brawler" BBs, like those potato Gneisenau captains.

Since I recently got the Riga. I ha e a question to your inspiration. The von Essen. Does it also prevent over pens or more into the direction of guaranteed pen hits ?

the 5x buff is so good for testing out ships you havent tried in a while. they should do it more often than twice a year. maybe first win during the first week of a campaign.

Riga got the bigest shadow nerf in history of this game..... secondarys from 7.3 km to only 5.....plus diferend and worst secondery guns...... its crazy that nobady is talking about it!!!!.... lol

Did they fix Riga? I been loving petro its a beast.i wouls play Riga but I get shatters or over pens every salvo.i haven't played Riga since 8 months ago. I thought Riga had the fuse that needs 36 mm to arm and that's why it over pens

I like the boat, but holy crap. Whenever I get into it, my team goes full potato. I’ll get 100k damage and a few kills and cap my side while the rest yolo in and get destroyed.

Is the P Bag a better Riga? Does anyone play both and share what they feel.

P Bag is a better all rounder. Good speed, torpedoes with excellent launch angles. Much smaller guns though. It has 180s and overall is squishier. P Bag feels more something closer to Baltimore in terms of guns and maneuverbility. Riga feels more closer to playing something like Azuma or Siegfried. Slower, tanker, bigger guns.

@snehalsuryawanshi7824 ya technically I suppose it is a light cruiser but it's kind of in between a light and heavy with the 180s. You sort of do want to play it almost like a heavy. AP focused looking to punish broadsides. You're not gonna be playing it like a Cleveland lobbing HE over islands or anything like that. It's a good ship, though.
