Here in Austria you can inquire at the Arbeiterkammer. Look at your Kollektivvertrag. Mitarbeiterkünigung is diffficult. Its always better when you settle "einvernehmlich". Itt is better for finding a next job. I would not even fight cause you might be the looser. If you would have worked there for many yrs then it would be worth it. Go back to to that lady and get a positive report. Else you will need a good reason why youwere fired.. Its possible that you maybe did not understand your Aufabe. Maybe a German course or an Ausbildung would not be a bad idea.

In my case she did not have any valid reason and yes I had worked there for 2yrs 9 month...the only reason she gave was that I had good papers and I have good Chances to getting a good job.,thats the reason she gave..I was planning to quit because also the job was not so good healthy wise and about reporting I couldnt because we were only 5 workers and here the company is requiered to have 10 or more workers for one to forward the case I guess she New about that otherwise if I had Reported I could have won the case
