Nice video man, my first time fishing the rigolets was last summer (I live in Baton Rouge) and we used live shrimp on Carolina rigs. I’ve been wondering about bass fishing over there and this answered my questions

Appreciate the view!! Yes the Bass are thick back in the marsh especially in the little bayous & canals off the main lakes!!

I like the dubbing-in and keeping us informed of what's going on in the video. Good Job !!

Thanks Bill glad you enjoyed!! Yeah figured 20mins of straight fishing & no talking would get a little boring so figured the info dubbing would help the video along - thanks for the view!!

Hi guys, if I might ask ,how to get to the marsh area from the landing?
@GoldCoastAngler4 жыл бұрын
Warren shoot me your email & I can send you a quick map of some good shoreline areas of Lake Saint Catherine to try fishing - also any of the bayous/canals in the general area of the Lake Saint Catherine area usually hold fish. Honestly the best thing is to go out and explore!

Did you upgrade from the 6 gallon tank?
@GoldCoastAngler3 жыл бұрын
Haven’t upgraded yet but I keep a small 2.5 gallon spare in the back just in case - I can run basically all day on the 6 gallon tank - never had to refill out on the water

Are you retrieving that wacky rig by shaking it or is that just your camera moving?
@GoldCoastAngler4 жыл бұрын
So I am definitely using a jigging/twitch style retrieve - essentially I will cast the bait out let it sink then twitch it 3-4 times and let it die for a second or two then repeat the process till the bait is back at the boat - hope this helps!

Nice video bro, let me know if you need a companion or wanna go on a trip on my boat or something. I usually fish lake borgne in my boat. Nice to see some locals on KZbin crushing it! Been wanting to get my own go pro and do it
@GoldCoastAngler4 жыл бұрын
Appreciate the view Frank!! Would highly suggest the GoPro - not only can you post some cool KZbin content but also just helps save the memories from a good trip. All you need is a GoPro and a Chest mount!!
