Do you know if it’s possible to install an aerial hammock or hoop without drilling into your ceiling? Thank you!

I have installed a set in my old house without drilling, but there was something from the construct itself that I can use. Every set up is different, definitely dont do anything that you are not sure of. Its very important to practice safe!

How much height are you working with for this sequence?

my set up only has 2.7M. I wish i had more, but I am adjusting flows and practices to work with what I have, prepare as much as I can for the chance to practice with height!
