I won back stage passes and front row seats for Triumph Sport of Kings Tour. Rik Emmitt is one of the reasons why I practiced for hours and hours and, had the cops called more than once, for my amp rattling the neighbors windows. He was very nice to a teary eyed, long haired teen...me. I still have the signed pass and he even signed my OP hoodie I wore that night. Thank you Rik Emmitt. Thank you for posting this!!!

Fuck the neighbors !! Looks good on them even if you were a shitty player or not !!! Ha ha 🤣 I remember my buddy's dad bought him a drum set back in the late eighties , he was 17 living with his mom , they lived on the second floor of an apartment building !! You should have seen that show buddy !!! Lots of good times , half the building were all friends , even the landlord , the only times the cops were called is when the people across the street complained , big time parties , the best times of my life , that was in Sarnia Ontario , I live in Guelph now in a house , and can you believe when I moved in the guys on both sides of me own drum sets , and the guy three doors down from me !! Coincidences big time !!

your super right, what a guy, and a 3 piece yet , one hell of a bad ass band , and Rik,s voice back in the 80,s was to kill for, those 3 guys had it going on more so than most others at the same time, but you wouldn't know it , but I totally agree with you a 100% bro,

OMG I moved to Rochester NY from Niagara Falls NY. 6 weeks after giving birth to triplet boys, I had the pleasure of seeing Rik Emmett at the Penny Arcade. When Rik started singing Somebodys Out There the entire bar sang a long. That was definitely a highlight in my life. Maybe not so much for Rik but I hope he enjoyed it to.

Wow great video!!! Thanks!!! As normal Rik Emmett relaxed and kicking ass. And what's kind of crazy is not one person has a phone on lol. Miss the old days. Seen rik triumph the first time 1982 Rosemont horizon Chicago. And then many live performances after that. Hope he comes back again one more time for old time sake lol

I was just telling a buddy of mine yesterday about doin a job in Buffalo in ‘98 we stayed 3 weeks at a time and went to the parties in the park. I remember an awesome band called Deep Blue Sea but I can’t remember what they call that party. I think it was in the middle of the week 🤔. All the bars had the doors open, food venders….it was cool

only one draw back , True Rik is AWESOME and still is , he made Triumph , anyhow, the woman that came to see him weren't as young and sexy as they were back in the 80,s that live aid in 83 had some hot sexy as hell girls in it, and they were everywhere, you look in this crowd and its like where the hell did they all go,lol, they aged same as Rik did maybe that has something to do with it,lol, but the girls were a ton hotter and sexier ,
