Flowering Tea isn't a flower growing in the tea but rather it's a tea (usually green tea with some flowers) that are bound together and dried. When you put it in hot water, the "tea bulb" hydrates and then "blooms" and it looks like a flower. Some of them are fancier than others. Butterfly Pea is a flower... Sometimes made into flavours (think rose flavoured drinks or lavender flavoured cookies). From the picture, it's probably a Butterfly Pea drink or bubble tea drink.

I'm *obsessed* with wagashi and other sweet treats from Asia, so this is right up my alley. Butterfly Pea creates a lovely blue purple colouring :-) You can buy flowering tea online, they look like dried buds which you soak in a glass teacup and it "blooms" and opens up, imparting it's flavour in the hot water. Super lovely and would make an *excellent* mukbang (hint, hint.. ;-) )

Aiyu jelly is a natural jelly from Aiyu seeds. The seeds are a bit like clumps of sesame. You put it in a bag, and put it in a bucket of water. Then rub the seeds in water and clear jelly will form. It is very refreshing to have it in the summer. We eat it with lemon and sugar water.

Lol fellow tea-hater here! From what I understand from watching different East Asian vloggers, there is like a flower bud included in the tea leaves and when you pour hot water in the cup/pot the flower “blooms”. So it “flowers” in the tea. But I love these videos so much!!!! I have gotten a job recently and I really want to buy re-ments to decorate my cubical! But my favorite was probably the tea and the butterfly pea lol. ALSO, not to encourage you to spend your money, but have you seen the Pokémon blind box figures available on japanstuffs.com??? My favorite is the ditto collection gasha-pon figures that have been coming out! They are soooooooo cute!
