Speaking from experience not following my trading plan and screwed me several times when I thought i was wrong, if I would have waited like 1 hour I would have made tons of profit but I got scared so keeping to the plan is always important even when your scared

I can't commit. 100% of the time when I do commit, the market just instantly grabs my stop loss with a giant candle even when we're not in a demand or supply zone. And 100% of the time when I don't commit, the market makes fun of me by hitting my would-be profit goal in 1 or 2 giant candles. Only times when I do actually make money is when I accidentally take a trade.

A great trader once said because of fear of missing out traders usually enter the trade earlier than they should so their stop is usually too close to entry then it gets hit. His advice was from now on try putting your entry limit order where you think your stop loss should be and put your stop below that. This way you'll enter less trades but on the other hand you'll get stopped out less often. This way at least you won't lose money and the first rule of trading is: don't lose money!
@JustADudeDoingSomething2 жыл бұрын
@@vahidhaghkhah9211 That's exactly what I do. I don't use stop losses anymore and now my win rate is 100% for now.
@nissihoxtontrend7443 Жыл бұрын
If you're close to a supply or demand zone, place your stop loss below or above it depending on what direction you're betting and then just trail your stop loss into profit and higher up until you're stopped out

Would I be correct in assuming this video is before you started trailing your stops?… Seems like in your more recent vids, you would’ve moved the SL to just below the swing low, of the trade that came close but then went all the way back against you?

Trading has a built-in expected failure rate which wouldn't be acceptable in almost every other occupation. A doctor would lose his/her license if they lost that many patients. The people who become successful traders know that they will lose a lot of trades, but the risk-to-reward ratio combined with the probabilities will continue to provide profits.
