I faced the same problem before, this isn’t manga it’s the light novel. It’s words like an actual novel, there are just some drawings of characters every once in a while, if u are actually looking for a manga of tensura that gets up to this part then u will never find it. The actual manga of tensura probably isn’t even half way till the point of reaching were he is talking about in this video

Rimuru is incapable of beating Castle Guard hence Feldway and Rudra they will stalemate him(with Rudra having a chance of winning) even after getting the 7 virtues and Nihility because Castle Guard exist. Rimuru already asked Ciel to create a sure kill ability using Nihility to try and take down Feldway and still Feldway's Castle Guard squashed that Nihility empowered sure skill shit like a fodder. hence Rimuru has no way of beating anyone with CG unless he learns Rudra's technique to use an Inverted Castle Guard if so he will beat Feldway, but still stalemate(or lose) to Rudra because even if we assume that Rimuru can use Rudra's Inveted Castle Guard, Rudra still has more stated followers hence has a stronger Castle Guard which means Rimuru can't break it even if you give him inverrted Castle Guard. on the other hand Rudra has the means to bypass ANY of Rimuru's defense/barriers(including Rimuru's own Castle Guard) with Inveted Castle Guard + having more followers. not only that, but Rudra is the only one shown so far with the Mastery of Castle Guard to be able to attack with skills, art, haki etc... while having CG basically up. and if we use the assumption that Rudra have access to Raguel via Velgrynd(he's already used 1 ability of it and he can just Michael her to use Raguel anyway) he should also have access to Raguel's Cardinal Acceleration hence undodgable aspect. hence Rimuru deals 0 damage to him due to Rudra having superior CG strength with no openings when he attacks because of CG mastery on the other hand Rudra's attack will be undefendable via inverted CG + superior CG, and said attack is undodgable via Cardinal Accleration(still an assumption, but he should via soul corridor and also via Michael).... hence its just a matter if Rimuru can facetank the attacks or not which to be fair isn't as potent as Nihility or Milim's stardust, but it will still deal damage while he himself deals 0 damage hence either stalemate or Rudra wins
