Commenting before I finish watching it so I don't forget it later: you *can't* get more than one active ancient complex site at a time - it actually tells you that in the ritual window if you have one active. You actually always gets one to pop up when the ritual goes well, so if you want to go for ancient complexes, you should do a ritual, then if it goes well, hunt it, then come back home and do another, and so on.

Still, I don't understand why ancient complex can't stack so that the map can have lots of them since they disappear when you raid them but oh well, another thing that's never gonna be fixed I guess

As a connoisseur of the psychite dependency gene, I vastly prefer to get to flake rather than keep up with the tea. It's more mood/wakefulness per dose, less work, *and* it doesn't require cooking! Yayo is good for the movement buff, but takes like double the psychoid leaves. Flake is where it's at!

​@@anapaulabibiano5346Yeah 100% in my opinion. If you don't mind doing the work for Yayo, it's objectively better. The movespeed buff is clutch, especially for kiting! Flake is like the everyday thing, Yayo is for party time.

I think the biggest things on my Rimworld wishlist are: Multiplayer, and More realistic enemy bases. It makes no sense when a faction can send waves and waves of hundreds of soldiers at you, but then you attack their base, and theres 5 people there.

The game was mostly designed for you to stay at your own base, with the only travel usually just being to trade; if they made bigger locations with more complexity it would probably make the game run pretty slow

When I was 11 or 12 I stayed over at my friends house. I blew up his toilet with the mega dump of doom. I'm talking bowl filling, hot death, at least 6 different shades of every color that can come out of a human. Anyway, in my excitement for my excrement, I left the door open on the way to tell him to come look, and the smell permeated the whole house, woke up his parents, who yelled bloody murder about it. That was 35 years ago and im still smiling like an idiot about it.

1:31:08 I kind of did in my 30s, though it was by complete accident. I'd mistakenly doubled up on my fiber supplement and as a result had to expel something with about 2/3rds the legnth of a can or Pringles and a similar width. No sleep pawns still care about bedrooms. They get appropriate mood buffs depending on quality of bedroom, so ascetics still love awful bedrooms, etc. Married couples will be unhappy if not assigned beds in a room together, even though they never sleep. For comfort, you need a good chair for them to sit in at the most used work spot, or at the dining table/chess/research chair spot.

We are doing Pain is Virtue, comfort is ignored. I am not doing the beds because we are cheesing breachers. That is why I put his sleeping spot at the top left edge of the map. I did mention micromanaging making them lay down for a small bit as well as the chairs, but decided against it since we were just switching over to Pain anyway. -- I just did a no sleep run not long ago on the channel.

No, because your pawns literally couldn't eat. You'd get 0 yield from everything, so no food, and their hunger rate would be extreme. Everyone would die of starvation within a couple of days. When Is ay 'hardest difficulty' I am meaning percentage/raid point wise.

I know you don’t really do modded runs, and tbh I don’t really like a lot of the bigger Vanilla Expanded faction mods - but as far as a mod for more challenging and fun tech progression, give VFE Tribal a go. Most neolithic-era mods include something like a research spot, but with this one you don’t even get that until you unlock it through a ritual like system - you're not tribals, so much as you're a pack of wild men that have come to an agreement to not eat each other and share the food you find.
