how old is this playthru tho? sucks that the 1.5 version of MO hasn't came out yet... i know there is a forked version but, I don't think it works with any of the addons? they are for the OG 1.5 MO not yet done, right? lol, I am not so good at having mods work together and stuff and I LOVE medieval runs... fantasy ones at that... its my fave era in games, books, movies, etc...

Among all the other series, this one played with the strings of my heart like a fiddle. From a humble beginning, to a mighty stronghold, to an end of fire and bodies strewn across the floor, I’d never have thought that I’d be this emotionally invested into a Rimworld series. Setting aside the storytelling and it’s content, I was quite amazed by how much this series was impacted by the community itself, to the point it was co-authored by the audience itself. Mighty fine stuff, Rat Knight. I’m looking with great excitement for what comes after!

I love the Medieval stuff in Rimworld. I've been playing a Tribal start going all the way to SOS2. Currently just leaving the Medieval era but due to Anomaly I got to enjoy my knights slicing up Shamblers & beheading them in combat which is just so fun to watch.

If this series will continue further, I want to give a suggestion. Given that ruler of this keep is Jarl - it would be cool to rename the Blood Guard into Berserkers and give them coats made from bear skin (if this possible in Rimworld). Berserker literary means “wearer of bear skin” and it will fit North theme really good. I have no issues with current Blood Guard tho

Recently discovered your channel and have been on-off binging your vids for a few weeks. Cool stuff duderino! Just after 4hrs you recruited a package deal yeti/rider and were looking for name suggestions for the yeti. Clearly this being the supercut, the name was already decided, however if this opportunity comes up in a 2nd season I recommend Blue~Eyed Craven. This is a play on the Bran/Hodor dynamic plus yetis are essentially the Neanderthals of a tundra acclimated gorilla. Back to the remaining 40 min!

I watched this series before and I don't know if I mentioned it in the video you talked about it BUT. Smoothing stone walls has one major effect that I don't think most people know about. Once a stone wall has been smoothed as long as it is not destroyed it can be repaired.

Ok, it annoys me that what most people know about the old Norse social structure comes from Skyrim, so I’m gonna explain some things. There were three main social classes. 1. Jarls; the wealthy landowners (sometimes rulers but not always) 2. Karls; the middle(ish) class or your average man 3. Thralls; slaves or indentured servants (really would depend on the context) Thane was a title that was usually synonymous with a sort of governor or lesser ruler, and was always held by a Jarl. A Norse ruler could be called a Jarl, but that’s because that would be there social standing, typically they called themselves kings (ex. King Harold).

I know this is a bit late but there's a mod that adds a hot spring. It's a 10/10 mod it uses a steam geyser but it still puts out the heat plus it adds a hot spring bath that can be used recreationally plus it gives a nice little healing buff!

I would love to see them try to unite the rest of their father's family together as one house and Asa uses her impid identity to unite the tribes. It would be cool to see all those desperate tribes and houses unite under the eternal flame to seek vengeance against the elves and their wicked king. The sisters should also grow as warriors I would like to see Asa and Snowdrop fight together a lot more can’t wait for season 2.!
