I was just rewatching this along with the rest of the series in the rkru. And I just realised at one point you called flintlock weapons prehistoric. That had me laughing so hard for some reason XD. You should also do a what if series of your own set in this universe. Like what if sherd believed in the goddess. Or what if Hawthorne hated slavery and freed Happy Oak and Lercot.

What a giga chad Happy Oak is. Being there to raise the logging empire. Survive it's battles and downfall. Rising a slave child as his own. Being enslaved for decades bc he stood covering for a mother and her child to escape. Forced labor in the mines and prison breaking attempt. Being recued as a 90 yo man and still keep fighting for the cause. He saw the technology evolve from flintlocks to WW2 bombing. He died of old age in a job where man die young. Yes, but Carrol is related to the lumber empire. She was among the pirates that ultimately conquered it and she was the daughter of the founder. I think she was only participating at like one raid, escaped and disappeared from the story until this part.

Gonna be honest here: I prefer the older style. The storytelling is great, but it doesnt feel like you run with the weird stuff that is happening in game. Thibgs like the shoot-out in the lumber empires warehouse with someone dual wielding rifles. The mining series and this farming aeries jidt feel way more scripted. I like that you work coincidences into later episodes and that you find a way to make characters return. It just feels like we wont see thise weird situations anymore that led to this whole story.
