Couldn't the pig joiner at the start have been a hussar? I know it doesn't happen normally, but technically hussar could be applied over base types other than baseliner, just like sanguophage. I guess even if the mod you are using did that, the description would have said hussar. I wish i knew of a mod that added more variety under the applied xenotypes, like dirtmole genies and neanderthal hussars.
