while not really relevant for this one, anyone wanting a different way to limit the power of their psy caster's in vanilla psycasts expanded should use "vanilla psycasts expanded: biotech integration" (and the alpha animal patch if you are using alpha animals) it limits what psycast tree's you can go down based off your xenotype, so there's reasons to pick up xenotypes you normally don't use, or even just ripping the psycasting genes from all the xenotypes and making your own psycasting supersoldier. (i know i already recommended this to you fawx, this is for anyone else watching the video)

I use it on my personal saves with my modlist. Great way of limiting casters.

Do the VE:Sanguophage xenotypes come with the gene for Hemosage? Does it even need a gene, seeing as the path isn't available for non-vampires anyway?

@@directrulefromgamerchair3947 it wouldn't need it because of how's it's already locked. So you'd need to be using a mod to ignore the restriction in the first place.

Appreciate you covering this mod, I belive a cool mod that you could cover is Vanilla Factions Expanded Pirates. It has a lot of content, hell I would download that mod just for the warcaskets alone! Love the videos, take care man.

VE Factions are still on my list but I've pushed them back a little because of the re-releases of Medieval and Insectoids. Still got Pirates, Ancients, Classical and Settlers to do, just want to make sure they don't get tweaked whilst the other faction mods are being revamped, as I hate putting out content that's almost instantly outdated, haha.

Ive used the hemosage a few times but i never touched the spear, its description just doesnt do it justice! You showed me a mobile artillery option and im going to enjoy this for a while.

I would like to request WVC - Xenotypes and Genes it maybe be slightly, probably, definitely a little over tuned but it is a fun mod that adds a lot of genes that can change the whole way you play a colony
