True, I haven't seen any parties yet - we're all too busy and sleep deprived for that - but there is "fun". Easter egg hunts (in the warehouse, during work hours), Connect-Four tournaments after work (there's a giant set in the breakroom), but so far my favorite event was when the corn dog truck was hired to give us free lunch. This was one of the GOOD corn dog trucks too, with home made batter and foot long corndogs. The whole world domination thing aside, Amazon and the people that become supervisors are surprisingly good.

Things that could be improved: Tribal "Drum Parties" are identical to industrial "Dance Parties", but don't require electricity. "Lantern Festivals" have a chance to summon a small group of ~3 friendlies in addition to the recruitment reward. These friendlies are usually pretty easy to overpower. Combine with "Executions Required" to farm development points to reset the cooldowns on rituals, AND supply an even more massive mood bonus. "Lantern Festivals" have a lower total set of bonus modifiers compared to drum parties (120% vs 100%), but in exchange the maximum bonus modifier is much easier to reach - you just need 10 colonists and 40 wood per ritual. No rooms, floors, or special furniture needed.

Those games have a very, very high learning curve. Spiff generally prefers things that don't require 10+ hours of tutorials before you can get far enough in the game to actually cheese anything. For example, one of the basic cheeses of DF is to surround the map edge with statues, to completely prevent invasions from entering via the map edge. Actually pulling that off requires immense quantities of stone, statues, and dwarves to make them, which requires so much work that you'll have to survive a few invasions first, set up production chains for food, medicine, military...

I’d like it if rimworld had a storyteller that gave you bad events whenever you committed war crimes/did evil things, and gave you good events whenever you did a good deed, like releasing prisoners or doing charity quests. Except when a pyromaniac colonist who won't do doctoring kills all the other colonists in a massive fire, sending all my dreams up in smoke. Also, the guys next door keep sending trade requests for 300 human leather? Like, why? What do you want it for? How else will you go about making it? Very concerning.

I remember playing this a few years ago and all I did was harvest *every* single organ that I can from raiders. Which basically means, I take 1 kidney, 1 lung, and 1 random organ that can kill them (heart, other kidney, other lung, stomach and etc) XD Mood debuffs be damned! Everyone had a -30 almost constantly Xd
