Ring Splints for Arthritis, Hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

Ring splints are too expensive for me right now, but yesterday I tried taping my wrists for stability... and WOW!!! At first it felt like it made my wrists too stiff, but once I got used to it... what a relief. I can do things without my wrists subluxing, clicking, popping in and out. I had no idea that wasn't normal before this year, I thought everyone just dealt with their joints clicking away.

Nice! KT tape was a lifesaver when I had EDS. Thankfully I'm healed now, so I no longer needs braces, splints, tape, etc.

Does ring splints help with rheumatoid arthritis?

They help to stabilize the joints and keep them from moving out of place.

Which do you recommend? This or zebra sprints ?

They each have different styles. I like the ones that are made from "flat" metal, more like band rather than a round wire. They don't hurt my skin as much.

I got the flat bands from Zebra Splints. I don't know what they're called, but she has photos on her website.

I saw your vision improvement videos. My left eye’s prescription is -8,0 and my right eye is -7,5. My eyes haven’t gotten any worse for a couple of years, do you think it’s possible to return to 20/20 vision?
