Thanks for this great view of the Ball in Times Square! I'm one of those weird morning people, so will most likely be in bed at my usual 9:30 on New Year's Eve. No matter how late I stay up, I'll still be wide awake at 4 am. I hope you've been having a good holiday season, making time for yourself to spend with family and friends. Anyone remember how lame times square New Year's Eve party was last year?? They count it down every hour and then when it actually became midnight they forgot to count down.. And then all their phones simultaneously froze at midnight.. remember???

Every hour the screens in times square.. had the crowd counting down every hour all the way up to midnight by the time it became midnight and they were so tired of doing that they forgot it was the actual time to do it..

@@jerseykevin27 I don’t recall seeing peoples phones freeze up but you do have a point. Times Square just doesn’t have the wow factor for a New Year’s Eve party anymore, London and Sydney for example have a huge fireworks display, Dubai has an electric light show and fireworks show. All the other New years festivities including the ones at Disney puts New York’s time square ball drop to shame.

Exciting stuff!! I was wondering when the observation deck was finally going to open. I’ll be one of the first in line for it. Speaking of construction sites, I was lucky enough to get a hard hat tour of the Domino Sugar Refinery a few months back before it opened and rode on the elevator to the top. That was really neat. Action Kid and Sifat have great NYC clout, they'll get you into the highest place!😊😏 I will rewatch on TV and crank it to 2160, with the panorama and the vertical vertigo views. And from this view I see how special the Paramount is, as opposed when it's walked past and mentioned. Glad the guide said to film the outer ride up, definitely a high point of this show.
