Because of how hard the actors roll their Rs, and having never read Tolkien, I legitimately thought the character's name was "Anu-tard" until seeing it in print. I watch a lot of the episode recap videos and I feel like we are reaching the apathy stage. The show is of such a consistent poor quality, and the sheer tragedy of so much time, money and effort being spent, I feel like people are struggling to reconcile their inner conflicts. Criticising the show is not enough, but at the same time the thing is so hopeless that it brings forth pity. They have doe this amazing thing of embodying what it must have felt to be Frodo, travelling with Golem to Mordor. You want to hate it, but you can’t.

lmfao from what you've reviewed, I agree this plot is moving at a snails pace. At least Season 1 seemed to have some sense of urgency. Season 2 is just crawling through mud, piss and shit as slowly as possible. We know it'd be racially insensitive to implicate the Orcs would be the ones loving that, so we'll just say the dwarves would instead. The closing bit was perfect.
