The coasters are super cute; I was thinking about making one because I need one. About the mat you use on your desk, is the texture more like a mousepad or a craft mat? Desk I draw on has a glass top which I hate; I wanted to find something to cover at least half of it. I saw severalcute mats....thx 🙂

The purple mat with the whales on it is a long desk mat! Its mostly meant for keyboard and mouse! When filming or working with traditional mediums, I remove it so it doesnt get dirty! I think if you are a bit messy with tradiitonal mediums, a craft mat or even a self healing cutting can be good! It will help keep your desk clean and free from damage! BUT if you are just looking to cover the surface, cheaper alternatives could be kraft paper (large) so you can tape it to your surface and change it when you need to, or even just a table cloth! Hope you can find something that works for you!
