ohh i actually remember what rio's talking about! i have no idea where to find the clip but around uproar's debut there was someone going around in stars' chats saying something along the lines of "isnt rio a cute girl" and oga responded asking everyone to please be respectful to rio and not joke about that kind of thing as it would probably be upsetting it was really nice

I mean, Oga is a super sweet person, always, I love it... I know it annoyed ME that it was important to weirdos to point out whatever category of voice Rio has to them, but it makes me sadder knowing that the incredibly sweet sociable Rio was bothered about it too (understandably!)... as he said, doing it where he can see you is already... not nice. but going to other people's chat about it is terrible and i hope those people realize how uncomfortable their comment was!! back then finding out how genuinely and quickly oga told those people off is one of my favorite oga things ever, seriously. he said it in such a good way too, where you know he means well but is also serious about it.... it's stupid but in a world where the holostars boys have to hear all kinds of dumb unfiltered comparisons, oga saying that about rio really meant so much to me 😭😭😭💖 ty for the subs!

Thank you for the translations! I joined the fandom around his birthday last year, and he's my first vtuber oshi (and kamioshi) because i really like his design and his voice, totally my tipe! I like androgynious character lol I agree with oga that we shouldn't joke about Rio is a girl even though you knew he is a boy. However, everytime Rio makes a first appearance in someone's channel (like totsu for example), it's kinda funny whenever the chat thought or asked is rio a girl bcs of his design and his voice. I would laugh a little reading those comments and then told them that Rio is a boy. I think if it's your first time met Rio, it's understandable. But if you already knew that he is boy and joking about he's a girl, then it is a problem.
