The thing is its not like other diets that have been re-switched and all of them fail because they aren't sustainable. Life is simple, so nutrition should be too. Everyone knows fruits and veggies are good for you, and if you eat them in excess they will only improve your health even more not the other way round lol

yes, i think the culture of meat is counter-productive. this is mostly anecdotal as well. because the standard American diet is destructive does not mean that anyone's specific alternative is correct, though most will be an improvement in some ways.

Processed foods definitely need to be avoided. I completely disagree on the meat. Not necessary.

Actually, human beings do not need meat. That's just not a true statement.

I'm an omnivore. I love meat, eggs, RAW milk and raw milk products. I also love fruits and vegetables. However, processed foods, regardless of the type (even "sacred" fruits and vegetables" are things I avoid. We have a great garden and keep 12 laying chickens. I'm not Jewish, but meat is a prominent dietary item in the old testament. Human beings need meat. We can find a substitute if necessary, but it's like burning pure alcohol in your car. Not recommended.
