Ripping Giant Baits For Big July Muskies!!

Nothing more exhilarating then ripping a Medusa and feeling that massive thump on the rod. Caught my biggest muskie/fish of my life this past week. 41”x15” girth i guessed it to be about 18-20lbs it was on the white mini medusa. Im in Iowa so i dont think our muskies here get as big as they do in the Wisconsin. But i am addicted to ripping rubber and catching HOGS.

We had tigers get as big as 50"' inches in my area ,people never thought they would get that big ... They will get big anywhere depending on conditions, food source, etc... Wisconsin just has a higher population than most areas... But we also cant get out and fish in my area they initialized some program out here so some haven't been able to even leave there suburban town to fish anywhere

Why does the Medusa work so well? It looks like a squid! Why would a lure that looks like a salt water life form catch so many fresh water fish? So I bought some salt water squid lures from Savage Gear. I used the 10 inch 3D squid swim baits on Lake St. Clair. I caught 14 muskies averaging 20 to 30 inches in one day using the realistic squid swim baits! The fish went nuts for this lure! They inhaled it! Chaos if you are reading this, make a 15 inch or larger realistic squid lure and watch the sales go through the roof!!! The realistic squid lures work even better than the medusa!!! My favorite (or now former favorite) lure!
