Это не деревни, по моему, а что-то близкое к поселку городского типа или маленькому городку.

Yvonne, that is why in Germany for instance, there is a law that nobody is allowed to alter or destroy buildings that are ~100+ years old. That is why one can admire houses that are more than 500y old +/-. There are even old industrial complexes worth visiting! And of course the very old towns like this one, which is really beautifull!
