I know it's a few years ago, but I appreciate that it's still valid today. I rely on these swatches every time I shop for a color. With so many, it's hard to choose, and these kinds of videos make it easier to work out what the difference between Kinda Sexy and Please Me, for instance. Also it reminded me how much I liked Faux. I used it up and need to get another.

Perfect Video! You hv the perfect lips for a 41 lipstick video without lip liners! You really have a unique and fun collection as u showed a lot of shades I hv heard about but never hv seen swatches of. Oh how I loved the Ramblin Rose! I really want that one. I like that you swatched each one on the lips. The shots where you showed your face with the lipstick on was good too. I do prefer actual lip swatches compared to arm swatches so you get a feel for what they look like. In the past I haven't been big into lipstick so I am almost like a beginner with knowing what colors will look good on me. I do know I don't like the way red look on me. lol. The necklace you are wearing is so pretty. :)

Thank you Carol! I'm actually not a big lipstick wearer any more either. These days I wear liquid lipstick alone or with a gloss on top. I just find they last longer. Maybe I will do a swatch video of my liquid lipsticks in the future....although that could REALLY hurt my lips, I think I must have 75 of them!! 😳

Maybe use that pink you didn't like to highlight the center of darker lipsticks for an ombré effect? Maybe you could get some use of it that way. Hope your lips survived!!!! Loved the swatches. 💗💗

Hi I thought it was well done and swatches are more realistic on the lip than an arm. I've never bought a mac lipstick as the customer service has always been shit. As a 44 yr old women the assistants in there ignore me (Edinburgh - Harvey Nics) so I might order online. In case anyone wonders I wear makeup when I'm there, but I just get so much better service elsewhere in the store. They sell a lot of prestige brands, many of whom I have bought from when I found something I liked. Many thanks and best wishes.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I've worked at many makeup counters in my life and the first rule is to never judge someone and treat everyone equally.
