Why is there no clear rule for how it functions? ### 3. **Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)** - **Sentinel Prime’s Plan**: Sentinel Prime had an agreement with Megatron to transport Cybertron to Earth. If his betrayal of the Autobots was planned all along, why didn’t he simply execute the plan when he first arrived on Earth instead of needing to be revived? - **Chernobyl Incident**: The film hints that the Chernobyl disaster was caused by Decepticons retrieving alien technology. However, this incident is loosely tied to the plot and never fully explained. - **The Autobots’ Disappearance**: Near the end, the Autobots fake their deaths. (Possible) Plot Hole one: if all the movies are connected together than how did Bumblebee fight Nazi’s (showed in The Last Night) when he arrived in the 1980’s? Plot Hole two: How is Optimus Prime the only Prime alive (said in the 2nd movie) if Sentinel Prime is alive in the 3rd movie and Optimus Primal is alive in Rise of the Beast? Plot Hole 3: Why did the Decepticons steal the AllSpark Shard? (Seen in the 2nd movie) In The Last Knight there was Unicron, Nemesis Prime , NEST is back but called something else, lots of infodumping, Megatron's return from being Galvatron and an arguably lower tech transformation sequence for no reason, Cybertron coming to Earth after being visually destroyed in TF3 but not really apparently, the Cybertronian Knights of the British Earth Round Table, then Prime randomly and arbitrarily doesn't make it but actually does because plot reasons, and there's magic that works but everyone believes it doesn't, there's Cuba and Simmons just hanging out, and apparently Transformers as a race are still illegal (because that's going to work out well). Bumblebee and ROTB are not connected to the bayverse. Bumblebee is never shown landing on Earth in the 80's. He just appears. This is why they were able to write him fighting Nazis in TLK. Optimus was the only prime because they thought sentinel died while leaving Cybertron. And once again, ROTB is not a part of the bayverse and Primal is not a Prime.
