@@donnacrozier6311 To be fair, Dooku was not incredibly close to the dark side as typical Sith would be. He used it, he invested himself into it, and he has done a lot of messed up stuff to get to where he was, but he saw it as more of a tool than a critical part of himself. One of the reasons Sidious no longer had use of Dooku aside from already grooming his replacement, was the fact that Dooku would not fully commit himself to the dark side which would result in Sidious viewing him as weak. As far as Sith go Dooku was probably the most chill and laid back, but that is mostly because he was a dark Jedi at best.

Boba wasn't exactly considered as a mandolorian, though passing down his fathers, and his grandfather's legacy. Boba, much like his father, was also a great bounty hunter, and could even be considered the best. So one can say Boba was a mandolorian, he also isn't. I wish, in the sequels, that they had a mandolorian bounty hunter in it. Phasma should've been replaced by a bounty hunter, similar to Boba and Jango.

My headcanon of Jango is this....Jango is what I call a Mandalorian "ronin". Banished from Mandalore, Jango becomes a fugitive for clinging to tradition. As the last True Mandalorian supercommando and sole survivor from the Battle of Galidraan, he harbors a deep hatred for Death Watch and the Jedi. A man without a country or people, Jango is forced to work as a bounty hunter. He has his chance at revenge when Dooku enlists him to help create an army. He would single-handedly destroy the Jedi then return to Mandalore to topple the pacifist government. His son is a different story. Boba has learned Mandalorian combat skills without their culture. After the Jedi, he hates Mandalorians for abandonig his father, as if he was nothing more than a dog and not their greatest warrior. Boba has a built a reputation as a Jedi hunter and a "Mandalorian" who hunts down other Mandalorians. This positions him as the best man for the job, when rumors ripple in the underworld of a Mandalorian harboring a Jedi baby.

I think it's very strange in a way that one of the toughest choices Jango had to make was the decision to kill Zam Wesell, so that she would not give up his name. But in doing so, he gave Obi Wan Kenobi the critical piece of evidence he needed, that being the Kaminoan-manufactured saber dart, which led the Jedi to Kamino, to discover the clone army, and eventually culminated in the brawl in the stadium on Geonosis. So when you map it all out, the projectile that Jango killed Zam with ended up not protecting him from the Jedi by preventing her from revealing his name, but instead directly led to his death.

32:02 Hearing and seeing Jango's death made me want to cry, something I'd never thought I'd experience. It was your storytelling and slow method of explaining things and showing things made it so much more emotional, especially from you teaching more story about Jango I never knew. Seeing him succumb to Mace was so sad... And he leaves behind his son too... I wonder if Jango knew about his daughter, Omega. I love her to death, and I honestly wonder if she's going to play a huge role in these new Mandalorian conflicts alongide Bo-Katan, Din Djarin, her twin brother Boba Fett, Grogu, and the remaining Imperial remnants. It is now even more likely she will, since Jango's legacy of the Mandalore were intentionally passed down onto his clones, especially for his son Boba and now presumably his gifted daughter Omega. Who knows where this story will go? Star Wars isn't just about the Jedi anymore. Prequels fully fleshed out the Sith as their own group, and now Mandalorians are fully a significant icon in Star Wars too, especially since Lucas wrote the prequels to revolve around Boba Fett's existence. The Clone Army's legacy will live on in both a Mandalorian way as well as in the way of both the Jedi and Sith, since I assume Thrawn's story being built up in canon is based largely on Legends where he attempted to bascially cause a second Clone War, but with the use of force-sensitive clones... which then ties beautifully into the sequels alongside Mandalorian's teasing of clone tech, Bad Batch's teasing of clone tech and possibly Omega's speculated force-sensitivity, TCW's teasing of the Zillo Beast's cloning, etc.

I predict that the new 'Book of Boba Fett' series will just be one of those one-season shows to give Boba more screentime and development like Marvel did with WandaVision's characters and then it'll fold back into the Mandalorian arc. Boba will leverage criminal underworld connections and eventually fight against Bo-Katan to claim the Mand'lor title. Something will happen where they have to put aside differences to fight a common foe, resulting in her death and his becoming the new Mandalorian leader. Din Djarin will probably forfeit it despite having the Darksaber but get caught in the cross-fire, barely making it out alive. His indebtedness to both of them will divide his loyalties
