Makes you wonder why they bother having training academies for Jedi since you can obviously learn everything you need to know to be the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy in a weekend course. I bet University of Phoenix is all about that mail order Jedi degree. Those dumb kids in the prequels deserved to be slaughtered and decapitated by Anakin. They were spending their entire lives learning something that a quick run through the forest would have taught them.

Y’all have to remember that those of us who were there from the beginning, who thought before we saw it that Star Wars was somehow about Vietnam Nam or divorce as all the other movies were in that time, are going to see this movie differently than the kids who came to it already as a collection. We are not going to care about plot holes or clumsy transitions or how Disney changed things from the books. We are going to understand that it was our final farewell to Luke, Leia, and Han, friends we loved, and to dear Carrie. Or at least that is how I felt. I wept most of the way through. :)
@GoGreen19774 жыл бұрын
I was there at the beginning, too. I've had a heavy heart since seeing TROS, twice now. It's bittersweet to say "good bye" to beloved characters and to all the others that are integral parts of the entire saga. I cannot believe it's been over 42 years, and yet, I'm still here to see it end! And I wasn't a proponent of "Reylo" until half way through this film, but the performances of Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley made me a believer just in time to break my heart. However, I've felt that Kylo/Ben would have to die since TLJ because of all of the confusion and contention and resentment if he lived, even if he did redeem himself.
